“It is basically a concrete casing, throw in 1 go, together with all the geometry of a droplet of water. Plus it includes a permanent art installation [Rei Naito’s Matrix]–you think that it’s only an empty room with a significant gap, where lighting and atmosphere comes from. You realize there’s these water droplets emerging from holes, then rolling across invisible imperfections in the flooring –mixing in pools that are bigger, breaking loose and running in various directions. It is totally mesmerizing–an epic bit of artwork that unifies the shape and the material of this museum”
